Suzanna Wilder

Her experience includes over $500 million of transactions pertaining to the acquisition, development, leasing and financing of office, retail, condominium, multifamily, and hospitality properties.

Ms. Wilder’s comprehensive law practice includes matters regarding commercial and residential real property, contracts, joint ventures, corporate governance and structure. She has worked both in-house as an executive board member advising on legal and strategic matters involving the investment, management, and development of commercial properties, as well as in private practice representing national banks and commercial real estate owners.

Ms. Wilder earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. She earned a bachelor of science in business and professional management from Nova Southeastern University.
